Digital Suite FAQs

Is a digital suite less special than a printed one? Not even a little. Your digital suite is designed from scratch, just like our printed packages — your names in real hand calligraphy, your colors, your aesthetic. The only difference is how it arrives. Instead of opening a mailbox, your guests open their inbox and find something just as beautiful and personal.

How do my guests receive the invitation? Through Greenvelope, a professional digital invitation platform. Each guest receives a personalized email delivering your suite directly to their inbox — not a generic evite, but a beautifully presented invitation experience designed around your wedding. No apps to download, no accounts to create. They simply open, read, and RSVP.

How do I track RSVPs? You'll have your own Greenvelope dashboard where you can see in real time who has opened the invitation, who has responded, and what their answer is. You can even send a gentle reminder to guests who haven't opened it yet — something paper invitations can never do.

What if some guests aren't comfortable with digital? Totally understandable — this comes up most often with older guests. Our Hybrid Suite is designed exactly for this situation. We print a small run for the guests who'd love something in hand, and send digitally to everyone else. One design, two delivery formats, everyone taken care of.

Will my digital suite look good on a phone? Yes — every suite is proofed on a mobile screen before it's delivered to you, because that's how most guests will experience it. Legibility, spacing, and color are all checked specifically for small screens.

What do I need to provide to get started? The same things you'd bring to any Fancy Bee project — your wedding date, venue, color palette, and guest email list. We handle everything from there.

Can I add print-at-home files to my digital suite? Yes, this can be added to any digital package. Some couples like having a printable version available for guests who'd like something tangible to keep. Ask about this when you inquire.
